Only guests who have pre-paid at the payment kiosk may leave the hotel.
Q. Is parking available?
We have 48 parking spaces (48 high-roof spaces). Please limit to one vehicle per group.
Q. Can 3 or more people use a room?
Yes, rooms can be used by 3 or more guests. A charge of 1.5x the base rate applies.
Q. Can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations by phone and online.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
VISA, JCB, DC, and NICOS are accepted.
Q. Is room service available?
The grand menu is available from 9:00 AM to midnight, and drinks can be ordered 24 hours a day.
※Morning sets are ordered separately. Orders accepted until 3:00 AM; delivered between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM (choose a time in 30-minute increments; slight variations may occur).
Q. Can I check the rates in advance?
Yes. The pricing page lists rates for Rest, Service Time, Stay and other plans by day of the week and room grade. You can also use the simulator to see the exact price for your dates and conditions.
